Amy Angellili recognizes this – but also believes in unlocking the possibilities and potential that lie dormant within every one of us.

Which is why she created The Adventure Project. Based in St. Augustine, The Adventure Project facilitates interactive, immersive experiences that enable you to be in the moment, connect to other life explorers and perhaps even discover your own unique life adventure.

How? Through cooperative play! Using a blend of improvisation, laughter yoga, mindfulness exercises, camp games and retreat activities, The Adventure Project pushes boundaries in a warm, fun, safe environment turning the “every person” into a spirited, adventurous person.

As Chief Adventure Officer of The Adventure Project and a certified laughter yoga leader, Amy uses art of play to help others discover their own life adventures.

Through The Adventure Project, Amy facilitates playshops for summer camps, after school programs, spiritual centers, yoga communities, business leaders, college students, active senior centers and women’s retreats. She also created and leads an improvisation training center that operates out of Limelight Theatre.

An improviser in her own right, Amy’s greatest performance is as herself in It’s All About Amy, the unscripted story of her life. She also created, produced and directed the theater experience 3 Blind Dates, an unscripted romantic comedy that showcases the phenomenon of modern dating. Her immersive play work focuses on self-discovery and meaningful connections… and of course, fun!
