Made right here in St. Augustine, Bill Lulias, the Florida Greek Guy, has been committed to creating unique flavors for 30 years. He offers seasoning solutions for just about any dish. Among the products he makes are an All-Purpose Blend, Poultry Blend, Meat Blend, Fish Blend, Greek Village Blend, Island Blackened Fish Blend and Greek Opa! Blend.

Bill comes from a long family tradition of restaurant owners.  Both of his grandfathers (who were Greek immigrants) owned restaurants as well as six of his uncles, three aunts and his father. Along with what appears to be inherited talent, Bill was trained in the kitchen by his award-winning Yiayia and Popou. 

Bill himself is the former owner and operator of two restaurants where he served celebrities and Greek Orthodox clergy.  Spice blends were always an integral part of his cooking and it was during his time as a restauranteur that he developed his first two spice blends.

After selling his restaurants he continued to develop his blends which have now evolved into a full-time business. In addition to his current seven blends, Bill will soon add a salt-free blend as well as a chili mix.
